Chocolate Mint Cookies
Ingredients: whole wheat flour, vanilla plant based protein powder, baking powder, salt, unsweetened cocoa powder, crushed peppermint, chocolate chips
To Add at home: 3/4 cup pure maple syrup, 1 cup milk of choice, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup melted coconut oil (or butter or canola/ vegetable oil), optional: 1 tsp peppermint extract
Mix the wet ingredients in a large bowl, pour jar mixture in. Stir until combined. Scoop 1 tbsp dough on parchment lined cookie sheet, flatten. Bake at 350°F for 8-10min. Cool. Store in airtight container for up to 3 days, or in refrigerator for up to 1 week. Store dry mixture for up to 3 months in a cool, dry space.
Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
Valentine Cookies
Ingredients: white flour, baking soda, salt, brown sugar, white sugar, chocolate chips, smarties
To Add at home: 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened, 1 large egg, 1/2 tsp vanilla
Mix the wet ingredients in a large bowl, pour jar mixture in. Stir until combined. Scoop 1 tbsp dough on parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake at 350°F for 9-11 min or until slightly golden. Cool. Store in airtight container for up to 1 week. Store dry mixture for up to 3 months in a cool, dry space.
Makes 1 dozen cookies.

Ingredients: white all purpose flour, baking soda, salt, brown sugar, white sugar
Additional toppings vary per flavour and may include chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, sea salt chips, dark chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, cranberries, Skor pieces, M&Ms, pecans, walnuts, peanuts, marshmallows, sprinkles, Oreo pieces, candy cane pieces, cocoa powder, oats, etc.
To Add at Home: 1 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened, 2 large egg, 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat butter, egg and vanilla extract in large mixing bowl until blended. Add cookie mix and mix well. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto baking paper lined trays (remember to leave enough gap for the cookies to expand while baking). Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven, let cool & enjoy! Recipe is based on 1L jar.
Yields approximately 24-32 cookies.
