All of our lunch jars contain contain garlic, red and green onion, fresh fruits, fresh vegetables and greens.
All jars contain ingredients that have plant based protein, fibre, fat source, carbohydrates and an array of essential nutrients: vitamins and minerals.
Garlic reduces inflammation, combat illness while being antimicrobial.
Red onion is cancer fighting, good for the heart and bowel.
Green onion is fibre packed!
Fruits are high in fibre, hydrating, contain digestive enzymes and antioxidants.
Vegetables contain important vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and fibre. Fibre will improve vitamin and mineral absorption in the body, which could potentially raise your daily energy levels.
Greens: Spinach is nutrient rich, providing protein, iron, and minerals that are good for your hair, skin and nails. Eating nutrient dense foods like kale will dramatically increase the total nutrient content of your diet.
Plant based Protein is simply a source of protein that comes from plants. Hemp hearts are a complete source of protein, meaning that they provide 9 essential amino acids. Other examples include tofu, nuts, seeds, beans, and some grains.
